At Balance Phone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Balance Phone in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective films to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Device
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
